About Pooja Shah, Founder
Pooja Shah is a certified art-based therapist and an experienced stress management coach with over nine years of dedicated work in emotional wellness. Through her expertise, she guides individuals in managing anxiety and stress by fostering mindfulness, cultivating self-connection, and developing self-nourishing habits. Pooja’s approach is rooted in her own journey of overcoming burnout and prioritizing inner peace. She created Soul Renew to share these transformative practices, making wellness accessible and empowering others to take control of their own mental health journey.
